[Winpcap-announce] Compiling Winpcap Programs Using Dev-C++

Hello All,

I am relatively new to winpcap, so I am trying to compile the example 
program "basic_dump.c" in the developer's pack (WpdPack) using Dev-C++.
My problem is that I can't seem to be able to compile it.  Are there any 
instructions as to how to compile the examples using Dev-C++?
