[Winpcap-users] Is zip download available?

Dear All,

I am new to WinPCap.
Is there any zip available, which when unzipped, we can start using 
WinPCap ?
Do we need to run the Windows installer to use WinPCap?

It is okay even if we need to copy some dll files to system directory or 
call some OS functions. Is the installation step required to use WinPCap?
Having a zip will be easier to redistribute WinPCap together with 
products built over WinPCap.
