[Winpcap-users] Set SSID issue

Hello all,
I'm using the Wpcap library for setting my ssid.
This works fine in all the wireless adapters, except on the Dell Truemobile
range of wifi adapters.
In these adapters , the DeviceIOControl call to set ssid always fails and
returns me an error code of 
20 ,which is "The system cannot find the device specified"
 
Could someone please give a clue on what could be going wrong?
