[Winpcap-users] Is it possible to use the wincap as the Tx/Rxdata path of my own TCP/IP protocol stack?

Yeah, I forgot to mention that he'd probably need his own ARP 
implementation as well, if he goes with the "choose a different MAC 
address" and he's on a LAN interface, at least for IPv4.
