[Winpcap-users] Strange start problem on newer Dell computers

It sounds related - I guess Dell have modified something in later PC's - 
but I am using the WinPCap stuff from regular applications (exe) and not 
a service, so I cannot do the tricks described in this reply. Any other 
solutions?

FYI, I am currently using version 3.1 and it takes about a minute to 
start up. I tried the 3.2 alpha and it was 4 seconds faster. A small 
improvement but far from enough.
