[Winpcap-users] want to filter the inbound packet

A new alpha (or beta?) version of WinPcap with this new feature will be 
available within a couple of weeks.

Remember that the new feature will filter (i.e. discard) inbound packets 
*transmitted by WinPcap*. It won't filter out packets transmitted by other 
applications.
