Did you install WinPcap with the official installer?

Please try this: after installing WinPcap, go to the control panel, network 
connections. Choose one (e.g. Local Area connection), right click, 
properties, select "Network Monitor Driver" and hit "uninstall". Then reboot 
the machine and see if it still crashes.

No no no... You don't understand. It works just fine, but untill i turn off 
my notebook. Then it wont load Windows. It stucks and after few seconds it 
restarts (unfinite loop). So i had to run win in emergency mode and 
uninstall it...

Btw theres no bugs. Just this (which it cannot be reported by that 
"manual").
