[Winpcap-users] get remote mac

Hi forks:
    I have a problem, I use winpcap can send a single SYN packet, But  How
can I  send  lots of SYN packets, because it needs to fill  the mac address.
   presenst I use sendarp to get all  the subnet mac address, but when I
want get remote mac address , I have no idea ,  I have used
getipforwardtable (IPHELPER'S API) to get routetable. But how to get remote
mac , I am at sea still.
