[Winpcap-users] offline dump files

First, thanks for all the effort(s) put into this project.

The documentation in the tutorial for Handling offline dump files says 
"(*NOTE:* At the moment, due to some problems with the new kernel 
buffer, this feature has been disabled)".  i've scanned the user list 
and noticed that others were using this feature. Is this feature 
available in v 4.01 and 4.0?
