[Winpcap-users] nanosecond libpcap

	Winpcap fails to open nanosecond libpcap. I found that nanosecond magic number is not checked by WinPcap even though the magic number is defined by NSEC_TCPDUMP_MAGIC. Do you plan to somehow enable NS libpcap?
