Oh: yes, into some sort of command prompt.  Both "net" and "sc" are
command-line programs.

But since you use Vista, I'm not sure what will be required to satisfy
UAC -- I believe that being a local administrator is not completely
sufficient anymore.  You might have to get an elevated command prompt,
or you might have to authenticate to net or sc.  Since it is Vista, it
probably makes the most sense to set the driver to auto (using sc),
rather than having to retry the "net start" every time you reboot.
