[Winpcap-users] follow up on pcap_findalldevs high cpu usage

The problem seems to happens when there are extra enabled, but unused
(no network plugged in) NIC's. After disabling the 2 unused NIC's in
windows device manager, dumpcap prints the (shorter) list much quicker,
with no high cpu utilization.  

Note that this is still a problem, since we can't disable NIC's on
customer machines..
