Question about licensesyou can freely use winpcap to develop commercial applications. But in case of doubt I also suggest you (or your company lawyers) to read the WinPcap license, available here

  If you use the OpenSource version you need to explicitly run their installer and if you use the Professional version you can copy the DLLs directly to your program directory.
