[Winpcap-users] pcap_open_offline error

Which version of WinPcap?

Also, what is the link error that you are getting?

  When I use pcap_open_offline( source, .)

   

  With;

  char source[PCAP_BUF_SIZE] ;

  strcpy(source,"file://c:\\test.pcap");

  or;

  strcpy(source,"file://c:/test.pcap");

  or;

  strcpy(source,"file:// test.pcap"); - with test.pcap at the exe folder

   

  In all the cases it returns error, as Invalid argument.

   

  [I cannot use pcap_createsrcstr() as it fails to link, so have to do it manually]

   

  Does anyone have a clue as to what am I doing wrong?
