[Winpcap-users] Does Winpcap support multiple instances?

Hi,

Could somebody confirm if winpcap support multiple instances on WinCE or Windows XP/Vista (big windows)? Is WinCE different from Win XP/Vista and if so, how is it different? We have two clients using winpcap to receive and send packets. Both clients need to receive the same frame via winpcap (probably at the same time) sent up by the driver?
