[Winpcap-users] is there a standard wpcap.dll provided?there is only a .lib in winpcap Developer's Packs

I'm trying to use wpcap.dll in a c#.net project, and I need a .dll but not .lib.  so I wonder if there is one,and it'll be great if a perfect one of a stable version existed.
