Thanks, I'am too stupid to SEE all things right ...
It is saying "Realtek xyz on NPF-{guid}", so all
is right ;-)

It's just, that Wireshark says that explicitely,
while NetworkMiner do.

My programming related issues are definitively
inside the libraryies!

Try running Wireshark with elevated privileges (right click and "run as 
administrator"). Are the devices listed in this case?
