[Winpcap-users] packet sending on win7

I can not send packets from win7, it has 2 network interfaces, ethernet with
direct connection to adsl modem, and wifi connection to notebook.
The packets i send from win7 are visible in wireshark, but actually they do
not transmiting over network. both devices (modem and notebook do not
receive them).
