[Winpcap-users] First time user, need help

I am using winpcap for the first time and I am trying to follow the
tutorials that are included in the documentation, however I am running
into problems and can't seem to get anywhere. I was trying the first
simple program "Obtaining the device list" and I used the code included
on the page, and added the needed headers. I also followed the
instructions "Using WinPcap in your programs" and added the required
libraries, include files, and installed the dll. After all this, I tried
to build and debug my code to see if everything worked the way it
should, and I got an error message reading 'pcap_findalldevs_ex':
identifier not found. According to the tutorial both libpcap and winpcap
provide the function. I can't seem to figure out why it cannot be found
when I have all the libraries and the dll. Any ideas or suggestions
would be very helpful. Thanks.
