[Windump] Windump is not seeing additional adapters

Windump is not seeing additional adaptersHi Rob,

  At first logon, windump -D returns additional adapters that are on my machine, but when returning later that day running the same command, I get the message shown below.  

  I currently have installed Winpcap 3.1, not 3.2.  I do have C:\Sans in my PATH.
