[Windump] my problem with wpcap has been solved

Hello:
   Just a few minutes ago I send you a letter to describe the problem I 
encountered when I compile sample program contained in Developer's Pack. Now 
I am very happy to tell you I've had the problem solved by registering 
environment variables in Visual C++ through executable file provided by 
Window Platform SDK. Thanks.
