[Winpcap-users] Winpcap 3.0 detected as spyware/keylogger?

Running a recent scan with CounterSpy detects the WinPcap_3_0_nogui.exe
as a Employee Monitoring Key logger. The hash I have for this is:
0x7545EBDE1E19B9D0B00A6BC378C64087F7908E75

Ideas?
