[Winpcap-users] winpcap 3.1 and nmap

I used to get the same problem "nmap has encountered a problem and needs 
to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
But with the latest version of nmap (3.84 Alpha 1) and with latest 
winpcap 3.1, I did not see the problem.
