[Winpcap-users] winpcap 3.1 and nmap

Does windump (http://www.winpcap.org/windump) work? If yes, the problem 
is probably in nmap and not in WinPcap. Otherwise, please report the bug 
as explained at http://www.winpcap.org/contact.htm.
