[Winpcap-users] Still on compiler issue - what about GCC on Cygwin rather than MS VC 6

Hi,

Still can't get windows compiler - except for one place where they
want an exhorbitant price for unsupported software.
I see that ethereal source can be compiled with GCC on Cygwin - is
this possible on WinPcap?
If so, would you need to install just the cygwin.dll for client
machines to see the cygwin binary?
