[Winpcap-users] Winpcap 3.1 Release ?

I don't know whether it was a commitment to release it *immediately* 
afterwards or *shortly* afterwards.  (They might have to pick up 
last-minute changes to libpcap, for example - and there were some 
between 0.9.1 and 0.9.3.)
