David,

uhm, are you using some version of the WinPcap DLLs recompiled with Cygnus? 
Are you running Windows 2000/XP/2003? There is a small difference in the 
output (the version of packet.dll is not printed in your output, and this is 
not normal at all, if you are running on Windows NTx).
