[Winpcap-users] Winpcap blocking Internet Connection

Hi all,
 I have Winpcap installed with on my system which has an Ethernet and a 
wireless connection on Win XP SP2. Broadcom Ethernet and Intel Proset 
Wireless (all latest drivers)

Both these connection ONLY work when Ethereal (or some other WinPCap app) is 
running (or some other application) which is capturing packets from Winpcap.

Uninstalling Winpcap does NOT work and both connections stop working!! Maybe 
WinPAP needs to be fully manually installed....

Any help is appreciated....
