Yes, winpcap is 3.1, windump is 3.9.3. Device 1 is modem, Device 2 is Intel wireless, Device 3 is Broadcom gigabit.

"windump -i 3" does work on Broadcom gigabit, but "windump -i 2" does not on wireless card. 

The OS is windows XP Pro SP2.
