[Winpcap-users] OEM WinPcap Error message [1635]

Hi,

I have a problem on a clients Windows server where this message pops up he
starts my app.

"Unable to start WinPcaP OEM, Error Msg: Unable to copy the OEM WinPcap
files. 
Administrative privilages are required for this operation." 

It is strange that the message says that Administrative privilages are
required although the client was logged in as Administrator. 

Any ideas?
