[Winpcap-users] Virtual Private Server?

Several applications I would like to use (WireShark, IPtunnel.exe, etc) fail
to find interfaces to connect to.

The administrators say that the Virtual Private Server has different
routines to access the "virtual hardware" since the real hardware is
inaccessible.

Is there a driver or different build of WinPCap that can handle VPS?

Specifically, this is a Windows 2003 server.
