[Winpcap-users] How to disable protocols from Windows network connection

I'm going to use only WinPcap with certain NIC and would like to make
program that would disable all protocols from that NIC.

This picture shows what I want to achieve:

Does anyone know way to do this from command line or programmatically
or by editing registry? I would like to make installer for the application
I'm making that would make those settings automatically.
