[Winpcap-users] Trying to build wpcap.dll

At the moment it's not possible to compile the WinPcap sources with Visual 
C++ 2008. The only supported compiler is Visual Studio 2005 SP1. This 
applies to the WinPcap sources only. You can definitely compile a 
WinPcap-based application with Visual Studio 2008.
