[Winpcap-users] Running WinPCap on a Virtual PC

Will WinPCap instal and run on a Virtual PC?

I am going to get a new PC with Windows 7 64-bit but I am still stuck 
with a VB6 project that is using WinPCap. VB6 does not install on Win7 
64, so my thought is to install WinXP in a Virtual PC for this purpose, 
but does it work?

If it works, how about the ethernet adapter? Do I need a special one for 
the virtual PC or will they share?
