[Winpcap-users] multi-NICs with the same name in Win98

I also had that problem years ago with Win9x, and there's no fast way to
know it. It was a pain as several of my customers bought identical cards.
If I remember correctly, Winpcap will open the first adapter with that name
it finds while browsing the registry, so if u want to force it to open a
specific adapter, u have to uninstall both cards and insert the cards in an
order so that the one u want comes first in the registry (there r registry
indexes for the adapters, like 0001,0002, etc) U can probably also mangle
with the registry but I didnt do that.
