[Winpcap-users] follow up on pcap_findalldevs high cpu usage

It could be a number of reasons.

Can you please try using the tracing version packet.dll (available at http://www.winpcap.org/bugs.htm), and send me winpcap_debug.txt when the 9seconds delay happens?

  It happens on a specific machine - another Win2000 server does not exhibit this problem. Any ideas as to what might be causing this? conflicts with other S/W ? H/W?
